2 Resort: Reception: our staff will be available to answer to any request of info/services, every day from 8:00 untill 24:00. Consierge service during the night.

3 Chec-in – Check out: Check in:16:00 - check out: 10:00  

4 Entertainment Services: a soft entertainment service will be offered to take You thought the Experience at “Villaggio La Pizzuta” with the following activities:

• Welcoming
• Day and night events and shows for adults and children

A presentation (Italian language) of the entertainment staff will be hold every Saturday night after dinner. A schedule of the activities will be also available and updated on daily basis at the main entrance of the Restaurant

Children’s entertainment: every day (Saturday excluded) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m and fom 16:00 until 18:00 for children between 4 and 12 years old. Meeting point at the main stage of the Resort.

Dances: every day from 21:30 untill 22:00 at the main stage

4 Swimming pool: a panoramic 24m long swimming pool with sea view is daily open to have a bath and get relaxed.­ The pool is equipped with diving board, and children’s area

It is mandatory for all the users to take a shower before the entrance and the use of swim cup that can be purchased at the bar next to the pool.

Sun loungers and chairs are not assigned and are available free of charge for all the clients up to drain.

The Swimming pool is open with the following schedule: 9:30/13:00 -15:00/19:00 VERIFICARE

5 Gym: out of Service during Season 2021 for Sars2 Covid’s Restrictions

6 Restaurant: Continental breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Set Menu lunch and dinner, are served at the Restaurant at 13:00 and 20:00 respectively shown every displayed every early morning at the entrance of the restaurant’s entrance, together with the list of allergens and alternatives of the days 8 to be communicated to the head waiter before 10:00 a.m. of the same day.

Important note: meals are served directly at tables as soon as prepared and not on buffet. Reason why, punctuality at meals is strongly recommended.

Drinks, wine, and water can be requested at the waiter with direct charge at the room

Room service is not available.

A Gala Dinner next to the Swimming pool, or a barbecue at an Agristurism (exclusive property of the Resort – 8km away from the Resort) will be offered (*) every others week. Customers on full board will have these dinners included in the stay while customers on Half board or B&B will be requested to make reservation and get additional information at the reception. A notice of the event will be published the same day on a board at the entrance of the restaurant.

Gala dinner: to allow the removal of loungers and chairs and place tables for the Dinner, on this day the swimming pool will close at 18:00.

Agriturism: It is located just outside a small village named “San Giovanni”, 20 minutes away from the Resort on a hill 400m above sea level and offers an amazing view of Santa Eufemia’s gulf at sunset. Transfer from/to the Resort can be organized with busses to be reserved, within 13:00 of the same day, by costumers itself at the reception. Due to the quality of the road and the low lighting, the use of private car is not recommended. For a better organization for the event, even those Custumers who will decide move with private transportations, are kindly request to give notice to the reception within lunch of the same day.

The Menu for this event at the Agritourism, will be made by a wide selection of bruschetta, followed by some pasta, grilled sausages, selection of cheeses and watermelon, with a big fire at the end and some dances before to get back to the resort around 22:30 (**)

(*) The organization of the Gala Dinner and the Dinner at the Agritourims could suffer some changes or cancellation in case of adverse weather conditions

(**) Given the complexity of the service provided, the selection of alternatives to the Menu offered could be reduced.

7 Bar: with the only exception of the Reception, no cash is used within the Resort. For this reasons, drinks, water, vines, snack and any other consumption made at the Bar of the Resort, will be paid through a prepaid-refundable card released at the check in or directly charged at the Room account (always using the same card) and payed at the check-out. Prices of drinks and consumptions, will be available on a board next to the Bar or on every single table of the Restaurant.  

8 Rooms: All rooms are equipped with conditioned air, telephone, fridge, safebox and Television

9 Parking: Free parking area within the Resort. Access from the gate behind the Volley ball court

10 Environment: We take care of the environment and we are powered by renewable energies sources. Garden is indeed our strength and it’s made by plants coming from all over the world we take care daily with passion and efforts. With hope to preserve it and let it grow, we kindly ask costumers to help us in taking care of by keeping as much as possible as it is.

11 TV Room: Equipped with conditioned air and DVD Player, a TV room is also available above the restaurant, accessible next to the Tennis Table Area. Keys to open the room can be requested at the Bar.

12 Holy Mass: Holy mass is celebrated every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the TV room.

13 Internet Point: Free wi.fi available at the Restaurant, Pool and Bar Area. Key access are the following:

14 Beach: Resort LA PIZZUTA, stands over a bay named “Coast of Gods”. A beautiful sandy beach, equipped with beach umbrellas, Sun loungers and chairs, and bathroom with showers for customers only, watch the sea between a cliff on one side and an amazing view of Tropea on the other side. The access to the beach is guaranteed trough an exclusive elevator and a shuttle service with electric Vehicle that takes from the elevator to the beach (150 m).

Every Beach umbrella comes with a Sun loungers and chairs, and can be requested and reserved at the reception where it will be assigned the best position available. A voucher, to be handed to the lifeguard of the beach, will given upon the reservation. Costs for beach umbrellas available on “Useful Numbers”

Towels for the Swimming pool and for the beach can be requested at the reception and can be substituted on daily basis. In order to preserve the environment, costumers are kindly invited to ask for a change when strictly necessary.

The elevator is under the area called “Zodiac” with 2 accesses; the first located just on the right side of the Terrace, the second at the end on the parking area, next to “via dei Carrubi”. The elevator can be used according to the following schedule: 7:00- 20:00

The Shuttle service is free of charge and available with the following time schedule:

Morning: from 9:30 to 10:00; from 12:00 to 13:00

Afternoon from 15:30-16:00 (service on request); from 18:30 to 19:30

Important Note: the bar behind the beach is not part of the Resort “La Pizzuta”

15 Excursions: Available on request at the reception. Please refer to the dedicated are of this Directory for a no-exhaustive list. Excursions are managed by external agencies.

16 Half Boards – B&B – Residence: For customer on half board, B&B, o in Residence, it will be possible add meals not included in the formula purchased, by asking the same day to the waiter available at the Restaurant during breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00. Meals not included in the purchased formula, may be directly charged to the room and paid at the Check out.
